Employee participation is incentivized with $0 out of pocket cost to employees and enhanced quality of care with a dedicated condition management team.
IHM can be offered as a carve out solution operating independently of the health plan to provide savings immediately to your clients regardless of their current PBM. There is no employer-wide cost structure, the group only pays the monthly drug cost for participating members.
For Fully Insured Groups:
MakoRx offers our Complete Care Rx subscription program which provides over 300 medications for free at the pharmacy. These medications will cover up to 95% of the plan’s generic drugs and the claims will not hit the plan, providing improved year end savings distributions or lower renewal costs. In addition, for HSA employees, they’ll be able to receive their medications for free at the pharmacy if they’re covered under this program instead of paying full price until they reach their deductible. This can improve adherence and lower ER visits and complications from not treating chronic conditions with medications.
