Silver Family Plan: $55/month
For families seeking a more comprehensive healthcare solution, our Silver Family Plan steps up. Offering all the benefits of the Bronze plan, the Silver package further includes virtual mental health services and virtual urgent care. No matter when or where you need medical attention, professional healthcare is just a call or click away. The Silver plan also raises the annual cap for free medications to $560, ensuring that your family’s health remains your priority, not your budget.
Pharmacy Benefit Services
For your self-funded clients, MakoRx can serve as the PBM for the health plan and provide our $0 medication formulary and cost-plus pricing for plan savings. We also provide Prescription Assistance Programs for specialty medications. International sourcing for high-cost medications is available as well.
